New to QuotePilot? Start by adding your business name in Settings, then record your first job description. The AI will build the quote — review it, then send it to your customer in seconds.

Tap any quote to preview it. Hit Send to email it to your customer — they get a link to a personal portal where they can accept, ask questions, and pay. You see their activity live on your dashboard.

Go to Settings → Business to add your name, trade, phone, bank details, and logo. These appear on every quote. You can also set a payment link (Stripe or PayPal) so customers can pay online.

Customers can ask questions directly on their quote portal. You'll see unanswered questions at the top of your home screen. Reply there and the customer sees your answer straight away.

The free plan lets you send 3 quotes per month. Paid plans start from £7.99/mo. On the web, billing is handled by Stripe — manage or cancel from Settings → Account → Plan & billing. On iOS, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

Tap the pencil icon on your profile photo in Settings to upload your business logo (JPG, PNG, WebP — max 5 MB). It appears on all your quotes. Tap Remove to go back to initials.

Save your day rates, materials, and common items in Settings → Rates. The AI uses them to price jobs automatically. You can edit or delete rates any time — tap a chip to quickly pre-fill a new one.

If your customer hasn't received their quote email, ask them to check their spam folder. Emails come from noreply@quotepilot.app. You can also share the portal link directly — copy it from the sent quote screen.

You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Account → Plan & billing (web) or through Apple ID settings (iOS). To permanently delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
